Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently and accurately
- Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches
- Monitor system performance, perform maintenance, and optimize IT infrastructure remotely

Role Overview
