Remote Graphic Designer

Required Skills and Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong mastery of photo and design editing software
• Passion for design, branding, marketing, advertising, and online content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience designing ad banners, marketing emails, social media posts, and logos
• General understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Tumblr, and LinkedIn
• Desire to continue learning and stay current with design industry trends
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet short deadlines
• Experience presenting design materials to clients professionally
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Reliable remote workstation, including a fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet, and reliable power

Preferred Skills

• The following experience is preferred but not required:
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
• Knowledge of Klaviyo and Mailchimp
• Experience with project tools such as Basecamp, QuickBooks, and Google Docs
• Professional experience working with advertising agencies or in digital marketing
• Experience designing infographics, slide presentations, and print designs
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• Illustration or traditional drawing skills

Remote Work Environment

Compensation

• For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado , the starting base pay for this position ranges from $17 to $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority of the position offered. For candidates outside of California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, compensation may fall outside the listed range.
