Role Description
- The Remote Email Support Specialist is a part time, fully remote role focused on handling email based inquiries and communication related to AYCA23 activities.
- The specialist will respond to participant and partner emails, provide timely and accurate information, and resolve issues or questions regarding registration, event details, and program updates.
- Responsibilities include organizing and tracking email correspondence, escalating technical or complex issues to appropriate team members, and maintaining clear records of interactions.
- The role involves collaborating with the communications and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive experience for all stakeholders engaging via email.
- This position requires reliable internet access and the ability to work independently across different time zones.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to respond clearly, courteously, and professionally to email inquiries.
- Solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to address basic platform, access, and registration issues.
- Effective Analytical Skills to interpret participant needs, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements to support processes.
- Proficiency with email platforms, CRM or ticketing tools, and standard office software.
- Excellent written English, with attention to detail and accuracy in spelling, grammar, and tone.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision, manage multiple conversations, and prioritize time sensitive requests.
- Experience in customer service, helpdesk, or administrative support roles is beneficial.
