Prime Assets Management Company is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry / Admin Assistant / Customer Service Rep to support daily operations.
You’ll be the link between our data, internal teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain client, financial, and asset records in company systems
- Admin Support: Handle filing, scheduling, emails, document preparation, and general office admin tasks
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care. Resolve issues and provide information about our services
- Ensure all data is confidential, organized, and up to date
- Support other departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma / Diploma in Business, IT, or related field
- Strong typing and MS Office / Google Workspace skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly customer service attitude
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in admin, data entry, or customer service is an advantage
