Role Description

  • The Remote Customer Support Specialist is a part time role focused on providing responsive, high quality support to Level 15 Design Studio’s clients and partners.
  • Day to day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues related to design services and procurement, and documenting all interactions in support systems.
  • The specialist will troubleshoot basic technical or access issues, escalate complex matters to the appropriate team members, and follow up to ensure timely resolution and sustained customer satisfaction.
  • This role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and sharing insights with internal teams to improve processes and client experience, all while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional, timely manner.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, handle sensitive situations, and communicate clearly with a diverse, international client base.
  • Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot basic platform or access problems and guide customers through solutions.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest improvements to support processes and service quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with customer service software or CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar) is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in design, procurement, or related creative industries is an advantage but not required.
