Responsibilities
- Assist stakeholders, community members, and partners with inquiries related to the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games bid and associated activities
- Respond to emails and online messages, handle support tickets, and provide clear, timely information about committee initiatives and resources
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with online platforms
- Document recurring questions and escalate complex concerns to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, contribute to FAQs and support documentation
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a remote work environment

- Well developed interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

Role Description
- The Remote Customer Support Specialist is a part time role responsible for assisting stakeholders, community members, and partners with inquiries related to the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games bid and associated activities.
- Day to day tasks include responding to emails and online messages, handling support tickets, and providing clear, timely information about committee initiatives and resources.
- The specialist will troubleshoot basic technical issues with online platforms, document recurring questions, and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
