- Answer client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls

- Gather feedback to improve the client experience
- Update client records and coordinate with the marketing team on client needs
- Proactively address issues to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust based relationships with diverse clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear, professional, and empathetic messaging

- Comfort with remote work tools (email, chat, video conferencing, CRM systems) and basic technical troubleshooting

- Prior experience in a client facing role; a background in support, account management, or service coordination is a plus

Role Description
- The Remote Client Support Specialist is a full time role responsible for providing responsive, high quality support to clients using Outside the Box Solutions’ LinkedIn optimization and creative marketing services.
- Day to day tasks include answering client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls, guiding clients through service offerings, and ensuring they understand timelines, deliverables, and processes.
- The specialist will assist clients in navigating their optimization blueprints, clarify marketing strategy recommendations, and gather feedback to improve the client experience.
- This role involves updating client records, coordinating with the marketing team on client needs, and proactively addressing issues to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- As a remote role, the specialist is expected to manage their schedule effectively, maintain reliable communication, and participate in virtual meetings and training sessions.
