Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels
- Troubleshoot order, delivery, and product issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the support system
- Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Capture customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and share insights to help improve processes, customer experience, and brand loyalty

Role Description
- The Remote Client Support Specialist is a part time role responsible for providing timely, friendly, and effective support to customers across Brand Agency London’s portfolio of beauty and self care brands.
Day to day tasks
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels
- Troubleshooting order, delivery, and product issues
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions in the support system
- Managing returns and exchanges in line with company policies
- Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Capturing customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and sharing insights to help improve processes, customer experience, and brand loyalty
Qualifications
