Role Description

  • The Remote Client Support Specialist is a part time role responsible for providing timely, friendly, and effective support to customers across Brand Agency London’s portfolio of beauty and self care brands.

Day to day tasks

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels
  • Troubleshooting order, delivery, and product issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions in the support system
  • Managing returns and exchanges in line with company policies
  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
  • Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Capturing customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and sharing insights to help improve processes, customer experience, and brand loyalty

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, handle sensitive situations with empathy, and maintain a professional, brand aligned tone.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain solutions in an accessible, customer friendly way.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and supporting positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Understanding of customer experience principles and the ability to navigate systems and processes to deliver a consistent, high quality support journey.
  • Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail when handling multiple inquiries.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) and standard office software.
  • Interest or experience in beauty, cosmetics, or self care products is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in e commerce or retail support and familiarity with social media platforms used for customer engagement is beneficial.
