Role Description
- The Remote Client Support Specialist will provide responsive, high quality support to clients via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
- This part time remote role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistent and positive client experience throughout all interactions.
- The Specialist will document client requests, track resolutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Additional responsibilities include gathering client feedback, identifying opportunities to improve services, and collaborating with colleagues to refine support processes and resources.
Qualifications

- Clear and effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain information concisely and adjust tone and style to different audiences.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on timely issue resolution and follow up.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests concurrently.
- Basic proficiency with digital communication tools and online collaboration platforms (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing, shared documents).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and tracking of client interactions.
