Role Description
- The Home Health Aid role is a part time, remote position focused on supporting clients with daily living activities in a home based environment. Day to day tasks may include assisting with personal care routines, monitoring basic health indicators, and helping clients follow care plans provided by h
Qualifications
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices, including recognizing when to escalate concerns.
- Organizational and time management abilities to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort using phone, messaging, or simple digital tools to coordinate care and report updates.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aid, or in a similar support role is preferred but not always required.
- Relevant training or certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or first aid is a plus.
