- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Remote Business Analyst will support CT 200 by examining business processes, organizational needs, and stakeholder requirements related to tailings and mining waste management.
- This part time, remote role includes gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, preparing reports and presentations, and recommending improvements to workflows, documentation, and coordination across the committee.
- The Business Analyst will work closely with technical experts and administrative staff to identify operational gaps, define business objectives, and align initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Day to day tasks include conducting interviews and surveys, mapping processes, monitoring project progress, and supporting planning for meetings, projects, and collaborations.
- The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and contributing to the continuous improvement of CT 200’s internal practices.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate processes, and support evidence based recommendations.
