Previous Experience Supervising Remediation is a must

Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations & paste plants.

Hands on leadership style with Formwork / Concrete / detailed earthworks background (highly regarded)

Flanco are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Remediation works in Civil Construction to join our team. This is a long term ongoing contract.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All-rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping other formwork carpenters, concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded. About You:

You will have knowledge and experience in a diverse range of construction types specialising in concrete remediation works, such as detailed earthworks, concreting, formwork and steel fixing. This is a working role where you will be leading through action.

Reporting directly to Company Directors, the successful candidate will act as a strong and positive example, always demonstrating guidance and leadership. You will be able to complete a project on time, focusing on quality and budget whilst ensuring and promoting a safe workplace.

A proven track record in establishing and delivering mine infrastructure construction activities is essential as is a team focus and inclusive approach.
