Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their relocation goals and present suitable immigration and visa solutions
- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries, conduct consultations, and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with immigration consultants and case managers to align client expectations with program requirements
- Contribute to sales targets by building a strong client pipeline and participating in promotional activities
- Provide high quality customer service throughout the pre enrollment stage
Requirements
- Strong client facing skills in customer service and communication
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales operations
- Background in channel sales and partnership development
- Previous sales or advisory experience in immigration, education consulting, travel, or related services
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Ability to work on site in the United Arab Emirates
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Role Description
