- Genuine Dining is a leading contract caterer delivering innovative, high-quality dining across the South of England. We’re looking for a Relief Chef to support our teams and ensure consistent excellence across multiple sites.
What you’ll do
Support site chefs, building skills and consistency
Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
Oversee kitchen financials, including GP% and cost control
Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites
What we’re looking for
Chef experience, ideally with large-volume kitchens
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Creative, with a focus on innovation and consistent quality
Experience managing budgets and GP%
Committed to raising culinary standards
