Responsibilities

• Develop preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance strategies, plans, schedules, procedures, and improvement programs.
• Monitor reliability, availability, maintainability, asset performance, failure trends, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
• Analyze failures and recurring issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support condition monitoring, commissioning, shutdowns, turnarounds, upgrades, equipment lifecycle management, and risk-based maintenance prioritization.
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, equipment documentation, technical databases, reliability reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Support spare parts, inventory, maintenance resource planning, and technical work with suppliers, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.
• Implement RCM, failure mode analysis, continuous improvement, and maintenance management systems such as CMMS or EAM.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements and provide technical guidance to relevant personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, asset management, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance.
• Experience with RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis, or criticality analysis.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating equipment, or industrial systems.
• Experience analyzing MTBF, MTTR, availability, downtime, and maintenance cost KPIs.
• Experience with CMMS, EAM, asset lifecycle management, maintenance optimization, and reliability programs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance data analysis tools.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• CMRP, CRE, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant engineering qualifications are advantageous.
