Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, shutdowns and equipment overhauls
Develop maintenance schedules and detailed job plans
Manage spare parts, inventory and maintenance procurement
Coordinate contractors, permits and maintenance activities
Monitor equipment performance and drive reliability improvements
Assist with capital projects and maintenance cost management
Interpret engineering drawings, OEM manuals and technical documentation
Raise purchase orders for spare parts, contractor services and approved capital projects
Support maintenance and production teams during major breakdowns and operational issues
Contribute to capital planning, project execution and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
Trade qualification (Electrical or Mechanical Fitter)
Experience in maintenance planning or a similar role
Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance
Experience managing contractors, permits and spare parts
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Confident stakeholder and communication skills.
