Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Reliability Manager, based out of Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Reliability Manager will oversee and improve reliability processes within engineering operations, focusing on proactive maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
The role involves conducting root cause analysis, overseeing maintenance practices, monitoring key performance indicators, and improving asset utilization.
The Reliability Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of reliability engineering principles such as predictive maintenance, failure mode analysis, and root cause analysis
- Experience with operations management and asset utilization optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in monitoring and interpreting key performance indicators
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing on-site presence and remote tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Operations Management, or relevant discipline
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or similar industry is a plus
