Role Overview
Maintain facility, electrical, mechanical, conveyor, automation, and control systems.
Support production through safe, customer-focused reliability and maintenance work.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Attend corrective maintenance, service, and repair calls and coordinate warranty or AMC vendors.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor, electrical, mechanical, power distribution, lighting, transformer, and wiring systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, motor starters, relays, servo drives, inverters, and encoders.
- Perform minor refurbishment and upgrades for building finishes, fixtures, equipment, trolleys, cages, and carts.
- Conduct fire alarm, fire extinguisher, electrical, civil, plumbing, lubrication, and equipment maintenance.
- Issue permits for height work and hot work.
- Provide reports on ticket closures, open cases, and root cause analysis, and update tool inventory.
- Oversee pest control, housekeeping, scrap and garbage disposal, agency staff, and overall shift activities.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of conveyors, automation, or control systems maintenance experience.
- Fluent spoken, written, and read English.
