Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end software release cycles across multiple teams.
- Establish schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deployment plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, Security, and Business teams.
- Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery issues.
- Track progress, readiness, quality metrics, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate testing, validation, approvals, production deployments, and release execution.
- Manage issues, rollback plans, post-release activities, documentation, calendars, reports, and change records.
- Improve release processes, automation, governance, and delivery efficiency.
