Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Release Manager to bring structure, visibility, and control to complex software releases.
The role coordinates end-to-end release activities and supports the movement of products from development to production.
The role is described as part-time and fully remote in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software release cycles from planning through deployment.
- Develop release schedules, milestones, deployment plans, and dependency tracking.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, Security, and Business teams.
- Monitor release risks, blockers, dependencies, and readiness.
- Ensure testing, validation, approvals, and quality requirements are completed.
- Coordinate production deployments, rollback plans, and post-release activities.
- Maintain release calendars, documentation, change records, and status reports.
- Track release performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
- Support incident resolution and coordinate communication during critical releases.
- Promote effective release governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
