Role Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of individual and business clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable banking products and services.
- Conduct client meetings, explain product features, prepare and process applications, and coordinate with partner banks for approvals.
- Provide ongoing customer service, resolve inquiries and issues, and maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Meet sales and relationship management targets, identify cross selling opportunities, and contribute to customer acquisition campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management skills.
- Solid Finance knowledge and understanding of banking products such as loans, credit cards, mortgages, and corporate accounts.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- High quality Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem solving, and client satisfaction.
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and working toward defined sales targets.
- Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or commercial brokerage within the UAE market is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in a fast paced environment, manage multiple client requests, and adhere to compliance and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are a plus.
