A **Relationship Officer** is a customer-facing role commonly found in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, and sales organizations.
The main responsibility is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and sales.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer accounts
Build long-term relationships with clients
Explain products and services to customers
Meet sales and revenue targets
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Follow up on leads and new business opportunities
Maintain client records and reports
Coordinate with internal departments for customer support
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
