Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit cards
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits, and other sourcing channels
- Identify eligible customers and maintain quality submissions
- Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets
- Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility clearly to customers
- Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation
- Strictly follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional service
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Knowledge of banking products and compliance
