Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners
- Promote DECA PROPERTIES’ projects to brokers, agencies, and potential clients
- Generate sales leads through an active agency network
- Conduct project presentations and provide accurate information about available inventory, pricing, and payment plans
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to support deal closures
- Maintain regular follow ups with agency partners to drive consistent sales performance
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, launches, events, and broker briefings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience with a developer is mandatory
- Must be currently active in the real estate market with a developer
- Strong existing agency network is required
- Presentable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets
- Self motivated, professional, and target driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory
