About the Role
DECA PROPERTIES is hiring Relationship Managers for its growing real estate sales team.
The role targets experienced professionals currently active in the UAE real estate market with strong experience working directly with developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners.
- Promote DECA PROPERTIES projects to brokers, agencies, and potential clients.
- Generate sales leads through an active agency network.
- Conduct project presentations and provide accurate information on inventory, pricing, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to support deal closures.
- Follow up regularly with agency partners to drive consistent sales performance.
- Represent the company at meetings, launches, events, and broker briefings.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent experience working with a real estate developer.
- Current activity in the UAE real estate market.
- A strong existing agency network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Russian, Chinese, or French is required for international client communication.
