Relationship Manager- Real Estate Unit

Role Overview

Key Result Areas

• Review the existing portfolio and recommend credit facilities aligned with credit policy while containing risk.
• Create relationship strategies and account plans with penetration and cross-sell strategies for each client.
• Build decision-maker relationships with existing clients to position the bank as their preferred bank.
• Manage accounts and coordinate across the bank to deliver services and products on time.
• Maintain an active pipeline focused on new-to-bank transactions within defined market segments and geographic boundaries.
• Follow Central Bank regulations and internal credit, operational, and risk management policies.
• Liaise with the business and banking community and coordinate with legal counsel on relevant legal issues.
• Work with Treasury, Operations, Support Divisions, Retail Banking, and Risk Management to maximize opportunities and manage risk.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• In-depth understanding of the real estate market and financing product suite is required.
• Experience managing real estate clients, primarily in Dubai, is required.
