Role Overview
Relationship Manager role within Mashreq Gold client coverage and the Retail Banking Group.
The role manages high-net-worth clients and focuses on relationship quality, client retention, revenue growth, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Develop close relationships that maximize profitable contribution for the client and the bank.
- Retain client loyalty and respect.
- Enhance Mashreq Gold balance-sheet sales and revenues.
- Cross-sell and up-sell bank products to existing and new-to-bank customers.
- Source new business from high-net-worth Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities, and personal contacts.
- Ensure clients understand the financial services offered by the bank.
- Achieve annual and monthly financial goals, including cross-sell and up-sell targets.
Requirements
- Ability to provide personalized service to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
