Due to continued growth in our government portfolio, we're expanding the team and looking for a Relationship Manager to help drive client success and growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales or account management professional looking to develop their career within a global market leader.
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 40–50 government accounts across NSW, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships, protecting revenue, driving renewals and identifying opportunities to expand the value clients receive from LexisNexis solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing a portfolio of government clients
Building relationships with General Counsel, legal leaders, lawyers, procurement teams and key decision-makers
Retaining, protecting and growing existing customer accounts
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across legal research, practical guidance and AI solutions
Driving adoption of LexisNexis Protégé and other AI-enabled technologies
Conducting client meetings, relationship reviews, discovery sessions and product demonstrations
Managing RFQs, tender responses and procurement-related activities
Taking ownership of newly onboarded accounts and ensuring successful transitions
Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM records

This role operates under our hybrid working model with two days per week in the office, including a team collaboration day on Thursdays.
