- Lead and manage end to end sales processes, from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and HNI clients

- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide business strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective lead conversion
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance team performance
- Participate in roadshows, property expos, and client events to generate leads
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment
- Strong network of channel partners and high net worth individuals (HNIs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and demand drivers
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in handling international clients
- Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales software
