About the Role
Nomura is seeking an Executive Director-level Relationship Manager for its International Wealth Management division in Dubai. The role involves developing and maintaining private banking client relationships, acquiring U/HNW individuals, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen trusting long term relationships with new and existing U/HNW individuals
- Identify prospects within the relevant market and actively acquire new clients
- Introduce clients to a wide range of products/investment opportunities based on suitability
- Ensure complete KYC, call reports and documentation for all clients
- Assist in new business/product development and work with product and service specialists
- Contribute to bottom line of Wealth Management through accomplishment of revenue and AUM target
- Comply with bank and regulatory requirements and all applicable money laundering prevention procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Finance or related disciplines
- Proven track record of minimum 8 10 years of banking experience in wealth management or private banking
- Strong ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and active prospecting of HNW and UHNW individuals
- Good working knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, products and services
- Excellent client relationship management skills, communication and influencing skills
- High level of professional and personal integrity
- Drive to succeed and ability to work independently and as a team
