Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients through brokers, referrals, and direct channels
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and agencies
- Present projects confidently, highlighting layout efficiency, value, and lifestyle
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and upcoming launches
- Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, payment plans, and collections
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE regulations and internal policies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support launches, site visits, and client meetings
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Proven track record of closing residential property deals
- Strong existing broker network in the UAE
- Understanding of both end user and investor profiles
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Organized and comfortable using CRM systems
- Self motivated and results driven

About the Role

What You'll Be Doing
