Job Title: Relationship Manager โ Property Developer \| ELEVATE
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission
ELEVATE, the latest venture by One Group, is a next-generation real estate developer focused on delivering design-led, community-driven residential experiences across the UAE.
Following the successful launch of its inaugural AED 1.8 billion beachfront branded residences project on Al Marjan Island, the business is now expanding its commercial function and seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue across luxury off-plan developments
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and investors
- Deliver structured presentations and manage negotiations through to close
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and accurate reporting
- Provide informed market insights across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 yearsโ UAE real estate sales experience (developer or Tier-1 brokerage)
- Proven track record in off-plan sales
- Established broker and channel network
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a high-performance mindset
