Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within Hedgepoint Professional Services.

This role focuses on providing tailored solutions in commodity derivatives, supporting risk management strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The Relationship Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, bridging commercial needs with technical solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

KEY ACTIVITIES (Description with details and main outputs)

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide consultative support in commodity derivatives and structured solutions.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers to design and implement risk management strategies.
• Deliver presentations, market insights, and reports to clients.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (Sales, Trading, Operations, Quant) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Monitor client activity, performance, and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues or opportunities.
• Support business development efforts by identifying cross-selling opportunities and new prospects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commodities, derivatives, and market trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Economics, Finance, or related field. Master’s preferred .
• 4–6 years of experience in relationship management, client advisory, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of derivatives, commodities, and structured solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic though not mandatory

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
