Job Purpose

  • To build, manage and maintain relationships with affluent banking customers, through selling and cross selling products and services, as well as providing solutions based on client needs with the objective of achieving sales targets, while ensuring that credit quality is maintained.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Follows the day to day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
  • Achieves sales and revenue targets for existing and new customers and also ensure customer profitability targets are met
  • Provides support to ensure that high credit quality is maintained at all times within the Affluent Banking credit portfolio
  • Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices
  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting
  • 6 8 years relevant experience in the banking sector
  • Arabic: proficient
  • English: Advance
