Position Overview
Trade 24/7 is hiring an Institutional Forex Relationship Manager for its Forex sales team in Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on institutional client acquisition, conversion, retention, trading activity, and revenue growth.
The position requires experience in Institutional Forex, CFD, or financial services.
Location and Employment
- The job is based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Acquire new institutional clients and support their onboarding.
- Drive monthly and quarterly FX trading volume, revenue, and gross profit.
- Grow the institutional client portfolio, wallet share, and trading activity.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and convert prospects into active clients.
- Maintain client satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
- Cross-sell products and increase product penetration.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and management reporting.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Operations teams.
