What do we expect from you?

To qualify for this opportunity you possess:

• Minimum 1 year related experience in the operations of a national investment dealer, a correspondent clearing firm or other financial services firms.
• Fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.
• Excellent customer service abilities gained from direct, client-facing experiences.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, able to multi-task with accuracy and efficiency.
• The ability to work within deadlines in a high-volume and demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and an imperative attention to detail.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exercise tact and discretion in the handling of confidential information.
• Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work under pressure.
• Superior problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Organization, detail orientation, and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• French language skills are an asset.
• Dataphile experience is a definite asset.

Salary Range: $50,000-58,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
