About the Role
CIPS seeks an experienced HR Advisor for a 9-month maternity cover contract in Dubai. The role involves managing employee relations, coaching managers, and supporting HR projects globally.

Responsibilities
- Lead on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases
- Coach and upskill managers to handle people issues confidently, consistently and fairly
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters across multiple regions including Middle East, Africa, APAC
- Contribute to delivering effective recruitment and talent strategies, supporting campaigns, advising on job design and selection processes
- Take ownership of key HR projects aligned to the People Strategy, driving continuous improvement
- Build strong, credible relationships across the business to influence and challenge constructively
- Use data and insights to support informed decision making and help shape a positive workplace culture
Requirements
- Degree level qualification with CIPD Level 5 (or country equivalent)
- Experience of international employment law across multiple regions (desirable)
- Confident in advising and influencing managers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail, initiative, and accountability
