Regulatory Reporting Expert

Regulatory submissions: Manage and submit accurate regulatory reports to Qonto's banking supervisors on time.

Scalable processes: Develop reporting processes that scale as Qonto grows into new markets.

Cross-team data gathering: Work with teams across the company to collect the data needed for comprehensive, on-time reports.

Regulatory monitoring: Keep reporting practices current as regulations evolve.

Cross-functional projects: Contribute to projects that strengthen regulatory understanding and compliance company-wide.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, in banks or fintech companies.

Excel mastery: Strong Excel skills; database management experience is a plus.

Analytical rigor: Strong analytical and project management skills you use daily.

Languages: Fluent English. French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese or German would be a plus.

Stakeholder management: Strong teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.

International scope: A role covering our four markets, aligned with Qonto's ambition to become a true European champion.
