Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff at the registration counter and to support the day-to-day operations of the Registrar’s Office.

The role ensures efficient service delivery, accurate record maintenance, and adherence to institutional processes and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve at the Registration Counter, assisting with day-to-day requests and inquiries from students, faculty, and staff.
  • Support the team in the preparation and issuance of official letters (e.g., enrollment letters, status confirmations).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student status, including withdrawals, dismissals, and other changes, in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation procedures by scanning and uploading student and course-related documents into the system.
  • Issue student ID cards and operate the ID card machine in coordination with registration activities.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of graduation procedures and work collaboratively with the team to support all related activities.
  • Represent the Registrar’s Office during university events, such as student orientation programs, open week, and external exhibitions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Registration Manager to support the overall operations of the Registrar’s Office.

Minimum Educational Qualifications Required For The Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Minimum Years Of Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a related field is preferred

Nature Of Relevant Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in the administrative role with experience in ERP is preferred.
  • Language – Skills
  • English is a must
  • Arabic is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with student information systems.
  • Professional, courteous, and student-centered approach to service delivery.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling student records and sensitive information.
