Reporting to the Associate Director of Care (ADoC) of the assigned Resident Home Area (RHA) the Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) serves Kensington Health’s LTC home (i.e.
The Gardens at Kensington Health) to support and advance quality of care, safety and the experience of the people we serve.
This role will be guided by the legislation and regulations governing LTC in Ontario, the policies and procedures and best practices in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
