Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in home settings, following individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to protocols
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including daily observations and progress notes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease management, and medication adherence
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and standards for homecare nursing services
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards during home visits
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with nursing best practices and certification requirements
Requirements
- Valid DOH license and certification as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in homecare nursing or similar healthcare settings
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Compassionate, patient focused, and attentive to detail
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations in UAE, particularly for homecare services
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes within Al Ain region
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics

The Role
