Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols and ethical standards.
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health and wellness.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment.
- Assist in emergency care and follow infection control procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Nursing license in Dubai or eligibility for UAE nursing licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in patient care, hospital, or clinic settings preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if required.
