- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations safely while monitoring patient responses
- Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and escalate care appropriately to ensure timely intervention
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and ongoing care requirements
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure effective communication with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Promote patient safety by adhering to infection prevention, quality, and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and continuing professional development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid DOH/DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of 2 years' post qualification nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare information systems
