Job Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care at the worksite
- Handle occupational health and safety concerns
- Monitor employees’ health conditions and maintain medical records
- Assist in pre-employment and periodic medical examinations
- Coordinate with hospitals/clinics in case of emergencies
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training for workers
- Manage workplace injuries and ensure proper incident reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- **Valid MOH License (Mandatory)**
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial, construction, or occupational health setup
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and emergency response
