Role Description

  • This full time, on site Registered Nurse – Home Care role is based in Dubai and focuses on providing high quality nursing services in clients’ homes.
  • The nurse will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and deliver routine and specialized nursing care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
  • Daily responsibilities include coordinating home visits, documenting patient progress, communicating with physicians and allied health professionals, and educating patients and families about treatment plans and self care.
  • The nurse will manage wound care, support rehabilitation and chronic disease management, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.
  • The role also involves promoting patient safety, advocating for patient needs, and maintaining professional, culturally sensitive interactions in a home care environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical Nursing skills with a current, valid nursing license and experience in acute, community, or home care settings.
  • Foundational knowledge of Medicine, including common conditions treated in home care and safe medication administration practices.
  • Demonstrated Home Care experience, including conducting home visits, developing care plans, and working independently in a community setting.
  • Proficient in Patient Care, focusing on compassionate, person centered care, health education, and support for patients and families.
  • Competence in Wound Care, including assessment, dressing changes, infection prevention, and documentation of healing progress.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, including accurate documentation and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent), with relevant certifications in home care, basic life support, or advanced life support preferred.
