Overview

  • SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join a Government Healthcare Facility.
  • In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the public healthcare system, ensuring adherence to government healthcare standards and protocols.
  • Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • You will play a vital part in promoting public health and supporting the well-being of the community through compassionate and professional nursing services.
  • Key Responsibilities:* Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans according to government healthcare guidelines.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses closely.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with government health regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to coordinate patient care effectively.
  • Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols specific to government healthcare facilities.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized by the relevant government healthcare authority.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Experience working in government or public healthcare settings is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of government healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a structured government healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and professionalism.
