Acadian Health has an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team.
The Registered Nurses deliver hospital-level acute care in a patient’s home as part of an innovative care model that combines technology, clinical expertise, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The RN will manage both acute episodes and ongoing clinical needs in a non-traditional setting while functioning as an essential link between patients, virtual care teams, and the broader- healthcare system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active RN license (in good standing)
- Current BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry preferred
- Strong decision-making skills in dynamic and autonomous environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and digital tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable providing clinical care in non-traditional home settings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Emergency department, critical care, EMS, or mobile integrated healthcare experience
- Previous experience as an educator, preceptor, or trainer
- Community Paramedicine certification or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with virtual care platforms or command center models
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $60/hr
