Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Registered Nurse role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Registered Nurse will provide safe, evidence based nursing care across health, wellness, aesthetics, and homecare services, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, and support with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Daily responsibilities include administering medications and injections, preparing and assisting with minor procedures, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring infection control and safety protocols are followed.
  • The nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications, while delivering service in a calm, respectful, and culturally sensitive manner.
  • The role also involves collaborating closely with physicians and the wider clinical team, coordinating follow up appointments, and supporting continuity of care for patients beyond their clinic visit.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable jurisdiction, with eligibility for registration in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
  • Proven clinical experience in outpatient, primary care, wellness, or similar settings; exposure to aesthetics or homecare is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Ability to provide patient and family education on treatment plans, preventive health, and lifestyle changes in a clear and supportive way.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care, excellent bedside manner, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team.
  • Good documentation, organizational, and time management skills, including accurate use of electronic medical records.
  • Knowledge of infection prevention and control, safety standards, and quality improvement practices.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages commonly used in the region are considered an asset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by clinic operations.
  • CPR/BLS certification; ACLS or other relevant certifications are an advantage.
