About the Role
ENVOGUE MEDI SPA & SALON is hiring a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse in Dubai to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in a medical spa setting. Responsibilities include assessments, injections, pre/post-procedure education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe and evidence based nursing care in a medical spa setting
- Perform assessments, obtain medical histories, monitor vital signs, and support aesthetic and wellness procedures under established protocols and physician direction
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensure proper equipment sterilization, administer injections or treatments as permitted by local regulations
- Provide pre and post procedure education to clients
- Document all care accurately in client records
- Follow infection control and safety standards
- Assist with care coordination, follow up appointments, and referrals
- Collaborate closely with physicians, aestheticians, and other team members to maintain high quality service and excellent client experience
Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility to practice in Dubai
- Proven clinical nursing experience, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic procedures, or outpatient/ambulatory care
- Strong patient assessment skills, including history taking, vital sign monitoring, and recognition of changes in patient condition
- Knowledge of infection control, sterilization practices, and safe handling of medical equipment and supplies
- Ability to provide clear patient education, explain procedures, obtain informed consent, and respond to questions with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse clientele and a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow up care
- Comfort with using electronic health records or digital documentation systems and basic computer applications
- Demonstrated commitment to client confidentiality, ethical practice, and compliance with all relevant clinical and safety standards
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends as required by the spa and clinic schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; additional training or certification in aesthetics, laser therapies, or cosmetic injectables is an advantage
- CPR/BLS certification (and ACLS if required by local regulations or facility policies)
