Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and international clinical standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ clinical conditions accurately and promptly
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and prescribed treatments safely
- Monitor vital signs and identify changes requiring timely clinical intervention
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and nursing documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive healthcare
- Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance protocols
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
- Deliver culturally sensitive, ethical, and patient centered care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), ANM/GNM or equivalent
- Valid nursing registration with respective Nursing Council
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter preferred
- Minimum clinical experience as per employer requirements
- Strong knowledge of evidence based nursing practices, infection control, and patient safety
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform in fast paced hospital environments and manage emergencies
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and basic healthcare technologies

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), ANM/GNM or an equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration with the respective Nursing Council.
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is preferred.
- Candidates without a DHA License may also apply and can receive guidance through MeduClinic’s structured licensing preparation pathway.
- Minimum clinical experience as per employer requirements (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of evidence based nursing practices, infection control, and patient safety standards.
